Order Processing Time All orders placed with Avrynta LLC are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5 PM EST on a business day or on a weekend will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer one straightforward shipping option for your convenience:
- Standard Shipping: Your order will typically be delivered within 3-7 business days after it has been processed and shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not the date of order. While we strive to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs At Avrynta LLC, we believe in transparent and customer-friendly pricing. We are pleased to offer free Standard Shipping on all orders within the US, with no minimum purchase required. The cost for Standard Shipping is $0.
Shipping Restrictions Currently, Avrynta LLC only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure you provide a valid physical street address for delivery.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days of your order, please contact us at support@avrynta.com.
Damaged or Lost Shipments In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of a damaged item. To help us resolve the issue swiftly, please provide your order number and, for damaged items, clear photos of the damage to the product and packaging. Avrynta LLC will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, Avrynta LLC may require the customer to cover the cost of re-shipping the item. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
