Return and Refund Policy
At Avrynta LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your storage bench purchase. We understand that sometimes an item might not be exactly what you expected. Our policy ensures a clear and fair process for returns and refunds, fully compliant with US e-commerce regulations and Google Merchant Center guidelines.
30-Day Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for a Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., your order number, receipt, or packing slip).

Return Shipping Avrynta LLC will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email. Simply print the label, attach it to your securely packaged item, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Restocking Fee We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Refund Process Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days after receipt.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
- Rejected Refunds: If the item is not in its original condition or shows signs of use, your return may be rejected. In such cases, the item may be returned to you at your expense.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at support@avrynta.com or +16175763690. Please include photos or videos of the damage/defect along with your order number. We will work quickly to assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund.
Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items While most of our products are returnable, items that are excessively used, altered, or damaged by the customer are generally not eligible for return.
Order Cancellation You may cancel your order without penalty if it has not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Once an order has entered the shipping process (typically within 1-2 business days), it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return.
Payment Methods Avrynta LLC accepts Afterpay and Klarna for your convenience. All available payment methods will be displayed securely at checkout.
