1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

• You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• The product is not a final-sale, clearance, or non-returnable item

If your return doesn’t meet these criteria, it may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

2. How to Initiate a Return

• Order number
• The reason for return
• A photo (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

3. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
• For all other reasons (e.g., changed your mind, wrong fit), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid delays or lost items.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges
