At Avrynta, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. Please review our refund and returns policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- The product is not a final-sale, clearance, or non-returnable item
If your return doesn’t meet these criteria, it may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, email our support team at infoavrynta@gmail.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- The reason for return
- A photo (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Our team will respond within 24 hours with further instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other reasons (e.g., changed your mind, wrong fit), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid delays or lost items.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of seller error.
5. Exchanges
Need to exchange an item? Just follow the same return process and indicate you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship the replacement once the original item is returned and approved.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email infoavrynta@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging
- We will offer a replacement or full refund after reviewing your claim
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Customized or special-order parts
- Items not in original condition
